Keyholder

We provide keyholder services, which means we’ll safely keep any key or keys until you need them.

Other services available as a keyholder include:

• Letting in approved guests, such as family members or friends who arrive before or after you and may require access.
• Accessing the property for package pick-up
• Being there for service visits for contractors or repair staff.
• Accepting deliveries

Being an official keyholder means we can have easy access if needed in the case of emergencies or getting the home ready for a coming storm. We also will visit after a storm to assess potential damage.

If your property is used as a short-term rental, we also can provide this service in case guests needs a key.

Additionally, we work closely with local trusted locksmiths in case there are situations where new keys or new locks need to be made.
